If anyone had asked her what she was doing, freezing outside, without a jacket, she wouldn't have been able to give a good answer. She probably would fail to notice them entirely, or give a response that didn't even make sense. It was a good thing that it was supposedly summer. If it was winter, she'd have frozen by now, but given her current mood, would she really have cared? It wasn't at all like the sixth year to be filled with such a sense of self-doubt, but given the lastest events in her life, she felt slightly justified in her somewhat odd behaviour. Regaining her seated position, having been lying down for quite a few minutes now, she glanced towards the clear skies stretching above her. She wasn't sure what she had done to make the world hate her so much, but it must have been something bad. No, she convinced herself. It was all just bad luck. She couldn't overreact, and claim everyone hated her. It was adding far too much drama to an already complicated situation. If it killed her, she'd act like normal. At least she would, when in the public eye.
Whatever her mood, she found that a book usually helped. It was a little known and believed fact, but she adored reading, and literature in general. Picking up the square object that had been placed beside her left leg, she glanced at the cover. Pulling her legs up to her chest, in a rather defensive manner, she opened the book and gazed at the first couple of pages, not really taking in any of the letters or words that would have been comprehendible for anyone else. Ignoring her feelings, she pushed back some of her long hair, moving her locks away from her eyes, enabling her a better chance of actually reading the book, instead of just staring at it, whilst drifting off into her own world. Her eyes beginning to focus, she placed a hand at the side of her head, allowing herself to become more comfortable with her location. It was a fine choice, she felt, as little happened here, excluding matches and Quidditch practice, the place was normally deserted.
Still slowly turning the pages, now the words were actually being processed in her brain, she found that it was much easier to block out the other thoughts that she didn’t want to concentrate on, at least for this small amount of time. It would probably be the only peace and quiet she’d get for quite a while. Following the words with her eyes, it didn’t escape her attention that out of the corner of her light eyes, a small clear tear fell down her face. Moving her free hand, she brushed the tear away rather fiercely. She couldn’t, wouldn’t, let anyone see her like that. Whatever happened, she did not do certain things. And one of these that she always adhered to was this one simple fact: Jaslene Malfoy did not cry.

Look at this photograph Chris was actualy meant to be in a lesson but figured he needed a break, plus he was faily sure Annie was in that class and he wanted to avoid her for a while. He had decided to forge a note saying Teddy had given him permision to use the Quidditch pitch to practice on. That was just for ememrgencies though. So grabbing a broom and the box of Quidditch equiptment he headed out to the pitch, which would take him a fairly long time dragging the box with one hand and holding his broom in the other.
He eventually made it to the pitch when he noticed a blond girl sitting there she does know this isnt some park chris thought with a sigh dropping the broom and the box to go and find out what the girl was doing and to see if she would just move along "Hey you!" he yelled but as he got closer he realised who it was, he hadnt spoke to her in ages though so his brain froze and he just couldnt think of what to say. "Oh.. Jas.." he said simply then couldnt continue the sentance. He just didnt know what to say. "erm... nice book?" he asked attempting to start conversation.
Nice book?, whaat kind of questions that he thought to himself, he was never good at speeking to people he didnt want something off or speeking to people he hadnt realy spoken to in a while. Jaslene was both. Chris shrugged slightly and sat down near her, he could try annoying her in a way that would amuse him but she didnt look like she was in the mood for that today so he figured he would let her do the talking for a while. It had occurred to her that at some point, she would probably have to abandon any hopes she might have of finding peace and quiet in this area of the school grounds. Besides, lying across the Quidditch Pitch wasn’t exactly screaming that she was in a sane mind, was it? More leaning towards the insanity thing, with her behaviour, at this moment in time anyway. Not that she particularly cared. She was finding it much more difficult to find the enthusiasm to care about anything but herself, currently. Well, that wasn’t entirely true, but she was definitely in the period of time where she was feeling very sorry for herself. Surprisingly, the sound of footsteps approaching caught her attention and her curiosity also. She couldn’t help but wonder whom would be escaping from reality, when they should have been in a lesson.
Her surprise was multiplied slightly when she noted the figure of a boy that was quite easily recognisable. The hard thing was remembering the last time they had spent together, as it seemed so long ago. Although she did not speak to him directly, for a few minutes, instead taking in his appearance, her eyes could not disguise their startled expression. Remembering that her eyes needed attention, she rubbed at them quickly, keeping in with the false pretence that she was fine, everything was fine, wasn’t it just an amazing day? Of course, the very fact that her eyes were now probably bright red around the corners would have made this obvious anyway, but she wasn’t about to admit anything, and if he were wise, he wouldn’t choose to comment on it either. Although she’d known this particular individual for far too many years, practically as soon as they were born, she still didn’t feel like sharing her life story with him. The same probably went for him also.
“Oh, Christopher,”
she answered, allowing herself a small smile in his direction. “And here was me thinking that you’d fallen off the edge of the earth.” It was true, often so much time passed between them seeing each other that she wasn’t even sure that he was still around. She moved her legs away from her body, so that she wasn’t sitting as defensively before, figuring that it was easier to maintain a conversation when you could see more of the person that you were talking to. Almost forgetting that she was supposed to be reading a book, she shrugged. “Average, really.” Placing the book on the grass, she bit her lip and sighed, but still managed to retain her weak smile, as she grabbed a small handful of grass, sieving it through her hands, as though this seemed to soothe whatever was hurting her. “How’s your life holding up anyway?” She’d heard a few rumours, but had thought better than to take it as truth. She’d much rather get the information from the people themselves. Look at this photograph Chris sat there looking at Jaslene, if it was one thing he knew at that moment in time it was no matter how much Jaslene would deny it, she was not okay. I wounder whats eating her? he thought to himself not that he would say it, if it was someone else he probably would have but he had known Jas for so long that he didn't see her as just a friend she was like a sister.. one he only saw rarely but still he cared about her, not that he'd let her know that through words. Well, not unless he had too. "Well you know me, i dont like to stick around" he said with a smile that just didn't feel genuine, it was hard trying to joke and talk with someone he knew wasn't okay.
He could see the redness of her eyes where she had obviously rubbed away tears. The thought of anyone crying was bad enough but someone he actually liked, sure Chris had probably made a few people cry in his life but if anyone cried in front of him he just wouldnt know what to do. "Well im hardly the kind of guy that reads much" he admitted with another smile that just didn't feel genuine. she best bring up whats bugging her or i'll have to he thought to himself, he figured it was Hermione gone missing but, had she gone missing, Chris wasn't realy sure what was going on.
"Ive been better" he told her truthfully, he had recently got dumped by Annie so that sucked and was dragging the rest of his life down, but he would act like it didnt bother him and he was the same old Chris like he usualy did when something hurt him. It probably wasn't good for him bottling up emotions but Chris showing emotions would just be like a cat with no fur, it wouldnt be natural. "How about you?" he asked hoping she would tell him whats wrong because if she didnt it would probably bug him for weeks. While it was relatively easy to maintain your appearance of being fine when the person wasn’t watching you, it wasn’t at all easy when they were scrutinising every move you made, with such intensity. The uncomfortable feeling about the whole situation crept in, of course, it wasn’t his fault, and how was he supposed to know that she didn’t want to talk about her problems. Truth be told, if she had felt like speaking, he might have been one of the first people that she told. Their friendship was strange like that. Trying her best to avoid his curious gaze, she ran a hand through her hair, a small yawn escaping as she attempted to keep her mind on their conversation, rather than anything else. “You’ll miss most of your life that way”
she commented, allowing herself another small smile. Rushing around was fair enough, but constantly running around, you tended to miss out on some important things. “Maybe you should try it more often?” she suggested slowly. It wasn’t at all a bad proposition. As far as she could see, everyone would benefit from at least a small amount of reading as a recreational activity. Not only did it enable one to learn various facts, but it also allowed you to focus on another person rather than yourself for a while. Not to mention the obvious- reading was simply rather enjoyable. She could see little point in he suggestion, once she glanced back at the boy sitting beside her, and realised who she was talking to. “Actually, forget I said that. I can see there’s no point in trying to change a habit of a lifetime.” Sticking out her tongue at him, she grinned at her last statement, watching for his reaction. He probably didn’t know it, but just by being there, he was actually helping her a little bit. She’d never have revealed this though. Now ‘I’ve been better’ seemed like a clever statement to give, as it appeared to be just a normal response from someone who wasn’t particularly bothered about his or her day – giving the impression that it was just an average day. But, knowing him quite well, she was able to pick up on the undertone. Seemed that most of the gossip circulating the school was indeed true then, or at least to an extent. Nodding, she expressed her own feelings about her current mood. “Must be something in the air then,” Somehow she questioned her own reply. Summer weather was around them, and neither was completely satisfied. That couldn’t ultimately be down to the sunshine, or the lack of rain. There was evidently something else, and of course, he’d noticed this. Biting her lip, she hesitated, thinking of the real reason, before giving her answer. “Not unlike yourself, I suppose. It’s not been the best week.”[/blockquote][/blockquote] tagged christopher fredric weasley. word count something no. of words. and the outfit click here to see i have to say none currently to speak of.

Look at this photograph Chris smiled slightly, not putting much effort into it because untill jaslene would give him a genuine smile he probably wouldnt be able to smile without it feeling weird. "Well my life's not as interesting as i make it out to be" Chris admitted, sure sometimes it might look like he lived an exciting life, wandering through the forbidden forest, but why did he do it, and what did he have to achieve. A lot of questions like that had been creeping into his mind recently.
Chris was just thinking about Jaslene's statement on him reading when she continued it. He then noticed her grin, finally he thought to himself with a genuine smile. "Oh well id hate to end up as nerdy as you" he said sticking his tongue back out at her. Sure they were being childish but it was fun and it was the kind of thing Chris did in his weird relationship with Jaslene, to be honest he wasn't even sure if Jaslene was a friend, he didnt know what to class her as.
Chris shrugged as Jaslene said there must be something in the air "Well i guess we could try to live without breathing" he joked, although it sounded like the kind of thing a younger Chris would have tried. "Yeah... any news on your mom?" he asked her curiously and actually genuinely showing he cared about someone, obviously the someone he was showing he cared about wasn't around but that was just the way Chris was. “Nobody’s life is as interesting as you make yours out to be,”
she replied, shaking her head at his expression. For as long as she could remember, Chris had been a entirely weird individual, who loved to act as though he was far more important than he actually was. It wasn’t an arrogance thing, the way she saw it, more that he was simply a young boy who enjoyed using his overactive imagination to create far more interesting scenarios than the reality of their normal childhoods. Still, her sentence still applied. Regardless of whether his life was interesting or not, why miss out on everything he could experience during his youth? Sure, she wasn’t having the best time at the moment, but she figured once she’d found the perfect solution to this unsatisfactory situation, she’d be all for taking pleasure in all of the other aspects of life. Yet, in terms of an exciting life, she was certain that his life would ultimately end up being more reckless and thrilling than her own. It was true that she sought this adrenaline most of the time, but nobody else she knew could match his impulsive nature. At first, she believed that her suggestions about him taking up reading were having a different impact to the one that she had expected. Just as she was about to speak her surprise about him considering this activity for perhaps the first time ever, he spoke again and caused her to have the need to roll her eyes. Knowing her company for far too many years, she should have realised that he wasn’t going to change his lifestyle around, just on a whim. Once he returned the look she had given him, only a few minutes earlier, the ease of talking to him seemed to return also. It was slightly odd when they didn’t talk all that regularly, perhaps it was because they had spent countless hours in each other’s company, maybe it was because they knew each other too well, but she usually felt rather comfortable in his presence, as though he was one of the only boys that she could tolerate and speak to, freely. She didn’t feel the need to hide as much, as she would if it had been anybody else. Not that it would have worked, he would probably know as soon as she spoke. Realising, somewhat late, what he had said, she pouted at his joking criticism. “I’m not a nerd. Besides, even if I was, you know that I’d make nerdiness hot.” Maybe she did lean towards the nature of the typical Ravenclaw sometimes, but she wasn’t your usual geek. She might have had a large proportion of Hermione Granger’s genes running through her body, but she also had those of her father. A good mixture, she had previously thought. Now she didn’t like to think on it much. And there it was. The predictable question. The question that everyone felt some indescribable requirement to ask, in order to be polite and then respond with the same two words. She shrugged slightly, attempting to look stronger than she felt inside. “Nothing,” she admitted, allowing a small smile. “It’s all good though, my father’s made it impossible for me to leave, or to exist more than twenty metres from him, so I’ll still be around to make your days all that much brighter.” Although she didn’t spell it out, her tone made it clear than she was grateful for his concern. It always seemed genuine, unlike the strangers who felt the need to inquire about the details of her life that they had never cared for before.[/blockquote][/blockquote] tagged christopher fredric weasley. word count something no. of words. and the outfit click here to see i have to say aww, chris is making it better (:

Look at this photograph "Well I'm sure a lot of peoples are.." Chris said then paused a moment "Actually my life is pretty interesting, spend a week with me and your life would be like watching paint dry" he said sticking his tongue out at her. He realy cared about Jaslene, not in a friend way or a lover way or even a family way, he care about her completely different then all of that and he just couldn't explain it, If he had felt this way about any other girl he would have probably asked them out but this was Jaslene so that was the last thing on his mind. "Then again your life's very wild, i mean sitting in the middle of a quidditch pitch reading a book, you little rebel" he joked with a smirk trying to make her tease him back as with her he kind of liked being tease, it wasn't as annoying as when other people did it.
Chris laughed as she said even if she was a nerd she would make nerdiness hot, he had to admit she was a 'hot' girl and was fairly sure there were a lot of boys around school who would give there left leg for at east a kiss. Chris on the other hand was non of those boys, he had known Jaslene for.. well he couldn't remember not knowing her but he could still admit she had grown into a fine woman, from that little girl who used to roll her eyes at him when he'd do something that in his mind was exciting but in hers was just stupid. Actually maybe they hadn't changed that much mentally but physically they had matured and she had become beautiful but to Chris she was still the little girl rolling her eyes as he decided to eat a worm.
Then Chris realised he had completely gone off into his memories, so he decided to bring himself back down to earth then with a smile made a purring noise. "Sure i'd totally tap that" he said with a wink then let out a single quiet laugh shaking his head slightly. Chris moved closer and put his arm around her when she said 'Nothing' "I'm sure shes fine, if your mom has managed to put up with me causing trouble my entire life as well as Voldemort and Your father im fairly sure she can handle anything thrown at her" he said squeezing her slightly an gently to shown he was there.. without needing to say it. "Why would the days be brighter? You dying your hair a lighter blond?" he joked sticking his tongue out once again. This was one of the occasions where she’d admitted to herself that the boy sitting beside her had a point. Other peoples’ lives were almost inevitably more exciting than either of theirs. But then you could also take this the other way, and think about the people who had worst lives than their own, in terms of excitement. There would be just as many adults who hated their jobs, and wished the boredom of everyday life would disappear. In some senses, it was far too early to start anticipating about how much drama or heartbreak, or other emotions would regularly feature in their lives, because they were only just seventeen, and as such, too young to know for sure how their lives would ultimately turn out. Still, she was far more confident that he would be running around, just as much as he already did, during the future. She couldn’t envision Christopher Weasley sitting quietly at a desk, regardless of how old he might have been. Her tongue reaching the roof of her mouth, she raised an eyebrow, unable to prevent herself from laughing at his absurd claim.
“Oh really?”
She responded, actually doubting that his life was currently more interesting than her own. “Pray, do tell, what has happened to make your life so much more remarkable than the average boy’s?” She couldn’t tell, from his expression alone, what had happened to him recently, so this was a rather clever ploy to receive more of the details. After all, when you didn’t see someone that frequently, so much could occur that she wasn’t aware of. He might have changed completely, from the last time she talked to him for a long period of time. It was entirely possible that his claims, however ridiculous they sounded, might be based on some factuality. “And yes, I’m embracing my rebellious spirit. It’s coming in good practice.” Again, this might have appeared as though she intended it to sound sarcastic, but there was a small portion of truth hidden in the words. Not that sitting in the middle of the Quidditch Pitch was really rebellious, but that petite detail was overlooked. Lying in the middle of the grass here wasn’t considered revolting; as it wasn’t exactly stated in the rules. It was a weird relationship that they kept, as neither could describe it. It was sort of like an acquaintance, but they’d known each other too long to use that word. Besides, it didn’t seem at all appropriate as an adjective for the boy that she’d spent most of her childhood beside. But, this inexpressible relationship was one that benefited both of the persons involved – such as now, she didn’t need the company of a guy who viewed her as an object of their fantasies, she just needed a bit of company in the form of someone who knew and understood her. And since the boy within walking distance was one of the few people at Hogwarts who could honestly say that he was close to Jaslene Malfoy, it was a deeply thankful thing that he was the one here, making her feel slightly better, if not for long, then at least for the short time that she was sat there. But it was also the nature of this that made his comment look so laughable. You could not even comprehend to blur the lines. There was no way that she would have taken him up on his offer, and no way that he would have been serious when he said it. The lovely thing about the association was that it was so simple. Unlike those she shared with other members of the opposite sex. As he put his arm around her shoulders, she couldn’t help but feel that same sense of warmth and security that she desperately craved from her mother, but given that her mother was part of the problem, it was impossible for the woman to be part of the solution. Letting a small inwards sigh escape her lips, she rested her head on his left shoulder, whilst responding to his remark. “My hair's fine as it is, I think. Unless you'd rather I dyed it bright blue?” She knew that he was right, her mother was a strong individual, and hence why her children had inherited this quality. “I suppose you’re right,” she agreed, frowning slightly, as she thought over what he had said. “Hey, how come I don’t get recognition for tolerating you as well?” she inquired, the same small playful expression returning to her face. The light relief of the situation was helping her, not to forget entirely, but to forget momentarily. Look at this photograph Chris found himself looking at Jaslene with a smile on his face, it was the first time he had actually looked at her while he thought back, she had definitely matured physically but mentally she was pretty similar, she had always been much more clever then Chris but he had always been much more adventurous, he was the little kid that thought it was a good idea to throw mud at lawn gnomes and she was the little girl he always tried to get to join him but just stood back watching whilst she rolled her eyes. Although they were grown up and the girl was now a beautiful looking woman, Chris still saw the little girl rolling her eyes when he looked at her. What made it almost better for him was now she didn't seem as sad as she had when he had approached her.
"Theres lot of things that make my life 'different'" he said with a smirk which was true, he was a Weasley and that automatically made people act differently to him then being anyone else. "I'm sure plenty of guys would love to live just a moment of my life" he said with smirk, he got to speak with ll the hottest girls in school, he got to go places nobody else had the guts to go and he did things people hadn't even thought of doing. Sure he was rule breaker, he was cheeky and was the kind of guy who liked violent movies and games and it was probably that which got him into Slytherin but he was an ok guy realy.. he was just... misunderstood.
Chris laughed when she said she was embracing her rebellious spirit. "Well when your feeling wild, let me know and I'll give you the full tour of the forbidden forest" he said with a wink, she probably never would go with him into the forest but if she ever asked he'd take her without a moment of thought, he had been in there plenty of times and had ran into many things, sometimes he had gotten in a very big predicament but he could take care of himself an if he had to he could take care of Jaslene as well.
Truth be told Chris had spent a lot of time over at the Malfoy's when he was younger even though he had been terrified of Draco.. he still kind of was. Chris's made reason for going to the Malfoys was too see Jaslene, he had always kind of liked to try and make her laugh or join in with him, he couldn't remember if it ever actually worked but he liked her because it was rare for his stupid things to make her laugh. If she had just laughed straight away Chris probably wouldnt have bothered that much with her. Chris's other reason for spending so much time at the Malfoy's was Hermione. Although he didn't show it that much he cared for Hermione like she was a second mother, heck he cared for all his aunts and uncles and even the potters like they were related to him, and in a weird way they were just like some huge giant family.
"I'm sure that would just add to your hot nerd image" he said with a laugh at the mental image of her with blue hair, although she could probably pull it off and still look good. Chris then smirked a little "Well you dont recognition because you like to tolerate me" he said with a wink, and with a laugh put his hand on her head then ruffled her hair up completely ruining it. "See, you love it" he said with a wink. Chris had been waiting for a good moment and it seemed like a perfect moment to say what had been on his mind "I hear that there's something.. going on with you and that Josh Dalton kid?" he said in more of a questioning way, he was curious what was going on because he hadn't heard anything exactly and wanted the full story to come from someone he could trust. It was a weird concept indeed, when one looked at the face of someone you’d known so long. But in the same way, it was also interesting to watch them grown and develop into a slightly different person to the one you knew when you were both unable to walk more than three metres, without falling over. What with everything that was happening around them, she’d forgotten to take time to notice how everyone else had changed, him included. He wasn’t the same boy that she had known, although his personality hadn’t altered that drastically, his appearance was not the same as that of the six-year-old boy that chased her around the fields. It was odd to think that so much could change in just ten years, if ten more passed, would she even recognise him or vice versa? But now she was doing exactly what she hated – people planning her life ahead, when she was still young. It seemed to be happening so regularly that she was now starting to think about her possible futures herself. She shouldn’t be thinking about this. And she most definitely didn’t want to be thinking about it either. Why were people so obsessed with the future? When that happened, they never had chance to enjoy the present.
“Well, we’ve got all the time in the world for you to say some of these things, seeing as you’ve obviously decided that lessons aren’t up to your standards today,”
she commented dryly, having noted earlier that he should have currently been in the middle of a much required NEWT lesson, despite of how grateful she might have been for his company. It appeared that the other Slytherin was drowning in his own thoughts at that point, and she found this oddly amusing. She grinned a little at his next statement. Obviously, he was currently in exaggeration mode, because she seriously that his life was as fascinating as he would have made many other girls believe. She couldn’t stop herself from wondering then if Annie had ever believed that his life was actually as exciting as he had probably informed her. She couldn’t stop herself from wondering whether he ever thought more on the subject of what Annie thought or did nowadays. She decided not to break their contented atmosphere with questions of his latest ex-girlfriend, however. Maybe later, but she wasn’t going to risk it now. When she was feeling wild? What exactly did feeling ‘wild’ entail anyway? She wasn’t all too sure that her definition of wild would be that similar to his. Besides, she didn’t often feel the urge to do anything risky or dangerous. Sure, she talked all of that, about wanting to be free to make her own choices, and occasionally make mistakes, while choosing the hazardous option, but she didn’t usually actively go seeking danger. She just wanted to be able to choose herself, without everyone else interfering and deciding what was the best or worst thing for her to do in a certain situation. It didn’t mean she desired a situation where she could possibly lose her life. Of course, she wasn’t as bad as her mother in her first year, who viewed being expelled as the worst state of affairs imaginable, but she valued her life. That wasn’t to say that she thought that Chris didn’t, or that he needed to re-evaluate his life, but simply that she was happy enough to let someone else do all of the risky things, and for her to stand there criticising them. Just as she had done for the majority of her life. She nodded, not feeling the need to add anything else in answer to his offer. He would know that she was highly unlikely to take him up on this suggestion, unless she absolutely needed to, or if someone said that she couldn’t or wouldn’t do it. All he had to do was to say that she was scared or whatever, and her ego would easily get the better of her, and demand that they go through with this, in order to demonstrate that she wasn’t scared of anything. It was the typical reaction that was so predictable. She could not stand the idea of another person saying that she was intimidated, when they were not. It wasn’t an acceptable thing to happen, so she’d go all out to stop anyone from being able to say this. “You seen a lot of ‘nerds’ with blue hair then, Weasley?” she asked, disbelieving that anyone with this kind of personality would dye their hair, let alone such an unorthodox colour. From the expression of his last question, she could tell that this was the one he was most interested in. Biting her lip momentarily, she paused, wondering how best to phrase a suitable answer. “Well, what have you heard?” she asked simply. “Because if he’s spreading different rumours, I’ll have to hex him until he’s not able to comment on such matters anymore.” [/blockquote][/blockquote] tagged christopher fredric weasley. word count something no. of words. and the outfit click here to see i have to say i love this thread (:

Look at this photograph Chris may not seem like it but he had a plan, it wasn't a very exact plan but it was a plan, he wanted to find a girl settle down and get a house in the country side, he would get some kids, retire and spend his time working on the house untill it became like a second burrow. The first burrow.. well the re-built of it after it got burned down.. was his favourite place on earth and he had many happy memories within its walls. Chris knew as soon as he would leave Hogwarts he would get a job with his Dad but would look for a bigger job then probably when he was getting older go back to his fathers business and stay in that job untill he retired.
"Fine you want to know some things, well for a start i ditch lessons to do more fun stuff but end up talking to boring nerdy girls" he joked then continued "I go into the forbidden forest and so far Ive seen giant spiders, had a duel with a Gryffindor and been knocked out by a Ravenclaw then woke up the next day without a scratch on me" Chris said thinking back with a small smirk, he had lived a fairly adventurous life so far anyway. "To be honest with you I'm not as exciting as i make myself out to be but somebody has to seem exciting in this dump" he said with a smile, he called the place a dump but truthfully there was no other place he would rather be on earth. Except maybe the burrow with the rest of the Weasleys.
Chris smiled slightly as he noticed she didn't realy give him a proper answer for the 'going to the forbidden Forrest' idea. Typical Jaslene and Chris knew it would only be a matter of him saying 'well if your scared' but he wouldnt because if Jaslene didn't want to he wouldnt make her, he wasn't that kind of guy. "Only the hot nerds" he joked, he hadn't seen anyone with blue hair.. ever. Except one time Teddy did it when he was younger to make him laugh. Chris laughed as she said she would have to hex him till he couldn't comment Now that's the jas ive grown to love he thought to himself. "Just that you're together or are going to get together or something like that.." he said with a small shrug, he wanted to hear it from her. Even as he repeated her words, or some of them, she found herself considering whether she should have asked for more details. Bracing herself for some rather sordid information about his daily activities, she glanced back at him, waiting for him to finish his exciting life stories. “Oh, your flattery is unbelievable,”
she responded, rolling her eyes at his joke on her behalf. “And I noticed that you seem to spend your life walking in and out of that forest. Am I missing the attraction?” Despite her feelings on the subject of gossip travelling around the school, she couldn’t help but overhear some concerning her childhood companion. The one involving the Ravenclaw was the weirdest, she’d figured that she’d stay out of the rest of the rumours about his life however, as she didn’t feel all that interested or permitted to spend hours discussing what he was or was not doing. She expected other students to extend the same courtesy, but obviously most of them didn’t have any sort of conscience, which made them dwell on how the subjects of such talk might feel. “And I think I realised that your life isn’t all the drama you’d have others believe, a long time ago.” Her eyes widened to a large extreme at the mention of his offhanded comments. Since she could not imagine the boy sitting besides her lying so blatantly about something that mattered this much to do, she had no choice but to take everything he had just said as truth. Why would he lie to her? He wouldn’t. So this was really the gossip that was circulating around Hogwarts now? She couldn’t help but sigh inwardly, why did some students’ lives have to be so pathetic and boring that they felt the need to make up stuff about other people that they may or may not know. She was assuming that they had fabricated this whole notion of the two of them being a couple, where else would they get the idea? At first, she’d jumped to the conclusion (the obvious one) that it had been Joshua Dalton himself who was spreading these ridiculous and, most importantly, false rumours, but now she found herself doubting it. If he valued her help in ruining this arrangement, surely he wouldn’t have been so stupid as to provide the rest of the students with gossip concerning them? “That’s not true, at all,” she replied, without a moment’s hesitation. She couldn’t understand why anyone would make up such a rumour, and worst still, why everyone would start to believe it. And Chris, of all people, thought that there was the chance that this stupid speculation might be true? Why was the world so confusing? “Of course that’s not true!” she squealed, confirming her reply again, a lot higher pitched than she had meant it to sound. Great, now whatever she said, she would appear rather defensive. Straightening her shorts, she took a deep breath, before managing to regain her normal tone of voice. “Joshua Dalton and I are not, and will not ever go out. We just happen to be in a difficult situation.” Yes, a situation. Although people refereed to intended marriage, or engagements, in various terms and manners, she’d never heard anyone describe it that way before. But, it was the best way for her to talk about it. It made it seem like a small obstacle she had to overcome. It made it much easier to detach her and any emotions from the matter. Not that she felt anything towards her stupid fiancée or the marriage anyway, naturally. Look at this photograph "Well i have always been the little charmer" he said with a smile then began to rub his eyes as he let out a yawn, she wasn't boring him at all he had just been up realy late the night before, he hadn't been revising or anything he had just been sitting there.. thinking. "Well what else have i got to do?" he asked her curiously then continued quickly before she could answer "Baring in mind I'm Christopher Weasley, i have this reputation of kind of a bad boy to keep" he then stopped speaking for a while to let her answer his question, he couldn't think of anything he could do without people thinking there was something wrong or he was just going boring. "Yeah, but i have to make them think that.." he said with a small smile, he wasn't sure why he had to make people think that but he just did.
Chris actually had been spending his time alone a lot recently, not actually doing anything, he would just sit there an think about stuff like Annie, his family, his life and where it was going and why he even bothered anymore. He had come to the conclusion, he bothered for his family, if he had just given up bothering and spent his time just lying in bed his family would get worried and that would be one thing he could never forgive himself over, making his family worry. He was sure they worried about him anyway but he could take care of himself if anything happend but if he was the one who gave up then who would be the one to tell them he was fine?
Chris smirked slightly at the fastness of the reaction. "Well then whats going on?" he asked curiously then paused a moment, A difficult situation, what the hell is that supposed to mean "What difficult situation?" he asked her actually getting strangely worried, if he had to he would go and see joshua Dalton to find out the entire story but he didn't want that to be the case, he wanted Jaslene to tell him and he wasn't going to rest untill he understood what was going on. Not that he was getting much rest recently anyway. Everytime i do it makes me laugh Wearing: Outfit Comment: same Lyrics: Photograph - Nickelback Credit: Me

He thought that was charming? For someone who seemed to have girls trailing after him, he did give the impression as though he was rather clueless about the nature of the female sex. It had always puzzled her, what other girls saw in him, not that she didn’t think he wasn’t quite attractive, or nice, but she had never seen him in this light. It seemed wrong to even consider it, as though it would if she was thinking about a family member being attractive. “Oh, so charismatic,”
she agreed, rolling her eyes at his claims. “It’s difficult to understand why people don’t see this quality more often.” It wasn’t exactly a lie that people didn’t notice his charm, or whatever characteristic he thought he had, rather that the rest of his personality seemed to detract from this other quality. But, maybe she was seeing a different side to the average teenage girl? It was always possible that she didn’t view him in the same way, as she certainly didn’t think about him in personality or whatever else in the same way that she thought about the ‘normal’ male population at Hogwarts. What else did he have to do? How about the rest of the people at this school who seemed entirely capable of pursing activities that didn’t usually involve possible death? She wasn’t sure that the concept of a normal life had ever been comprehended or desired by this boy. While everyone else seemed to be content to engulf themselves in walks, or talks with their friends, or to find some piece of homework that needed finishing, he was undoubtedly off fending for himself in yet another weird situation that he’d tumbled into, whether due to intention or simply by accident. “Don’t be offended or intimidated by this,” she began, laughing at his expression, “But you could try pursuing actions that the rest of the school do in an regular day, for once?” She didn’t see much point in her suggestion, as she had failed to influence his behaviour throughout the past sixteen years, but it was always worth a try, right? Seeing as she was certain he wouldn’t be running around one of these days, because he’d been eaten by a Thestral, or something else disturbing. Another excellent question from that boy. He seemed to be coming out with loads of them today. Probably because he’d previously guessed correctly as to the type of questions which needed to be asked. They had to be asked, but had it been anyone else, would she really have felt like answering them? She was reluctant to tell him, hence her hesitation when speaking about this topic. “I wish I knew,” she said, rather quietly, the same indignant expression crossing her face as when he had asked her about the rumours. “My father and his parents have come to a nice little decision that benefits them, and nobody else.” The memories of the hours she had begged to know whom she was engaged to seemed to flicker by, like some distance time, although it had only been a few days before. Now she found herself wishing that she had never known. This was further supported by the gossip that was now spreading through the school about the two of them. “Well, you see,” she began, unable to say the words that so bothered her. They didn’t sound right at all. “Myself and Joshua, find ourselves in the midst of an arranged marriage. Not by choice, you understand? Personally, I’d rather saw my legs off before being his wife.” Why was it all so wrong?
