William had been kicking a small stone around the grounds all morning, because he'd been so damn bored. Deciding at last that he'd head out to the Quidditch pitch for a bit, see if anyone was up there, he made his way over and saw that it was empty. Not bad, at least there was no one practicing, meaning that he could get out there and have a little fly around. Within ten minutes, Will was out on the pitch, broom in hand, after retrieving it from the broom cupboard, and ready to kick off. He threw his leg over the broom and kicked off from the ground, hard, the wind ruffling his hair. It felt amazing and freeing to be up in the air again, like he was at a place that limits and expectations couldn't touch him. He'd had enough of being down on the ground where people thought they could judge him on who he was. He was gay, that was a part of him, and honestly, if people didn't like it they could suck it. And he'd tell that to anyone who called him names and shouted insults at him, but there was a few people he couldn't tell that too. His parents. They didn't know yet and he was nervous as hell about letting them know that their eldest son was gay, but he knew he'd have to do it soon, before they started expecting him to bring girls back to meet them. It would be a complete shock if he turned up at the door with his arm around a guy. It would be a great picture opportunity though.
Will's brother and sister already knew, but they hadn't told his parents, thankfully, he'd asked them to let him do it and they'd agreed, and also accepted what he was. He was just trying to find a way to tell his parents. This was harder than telling Riley, that had been tough. You see, when he'd thought he was gay, the first person he thought about telling was Riles, who was his closest friend, and he had done that as soon as he was sure that his suspicions were correct. Riley had been really accepting too, and they'd gotten even closer, and it was then that Will started really feeling something more for Riley than he'd felt before. He hadn't said anything of course, he didn't want to mess up their friendship, so he'd been trying to drop hints to Riley that he liked him, so maybe Riles would pick up on it and respond in a good way if he felt the same way too, because Will just couldn't find a way to outright tell him. But so far, he'd not picked up on any of those hints, but then he wasn't the type to pick up on hints well, which was a shame really, considering Will couldn't find a way to tell him any other way. Will pulled his broom up and steadied it so that it was level instead of climbing. He was so high up that it was amazing to think how small someone would look from up here. He loved looking down at the pitch when playing in Quidditch, but he had to keep his eyes on the look out because he was the seeker after all. Great, he felt the first drops of rain on his arms, because his jacket was open and his sleeves were rolled up to above the elbow and he sighed. It was then that he saw someone else out on the pitch, and his brow furrowed, wondering who it was.

and there was that voice. that cold mocking voice of the person that couldn't give a damn how uncomfortable he made people feel. riley just wasn't in the mood for him right now, he needed to think, and that wasn't possible with his cruel smirk looking down at you with who were apparently his friends standing behind him with identical expressions. as soon as he heard the laugh coming from the library doorway, riley memorised the page number of his book before closing it and putting it on a random shelf. it wasn't the right one, but he didn't really have time for correct filing at the moment. it was simple enough really, all he had to do was quickly walk down one of the sections with a little less light and they walked straight past him. with that he left the room, heading down the grand staircase to the grounds.
crossing the covered bridge, he slowed down from his rather fast-paced walk and resumed his thinking. there was only one person on his mind right now - will. the two of them had come out as gay over the past two years, which was probably the reason the boys had gone looking for him in the library to jibe about it, and they'd been best friends ever since their first year. it had brought them closer together if anything, but riley didn't want to over-analyse things. he wanted more from will, and that had made him closer to him. it seemed as though will was closer to him, was it for the same reason? 'if i see him in the next half an hour, then i'll tell him.' riley often told himself stuff like this, but it was only when he doubted it would actually happen. 'god, all this yellow makes me feel like a hufflepuff!' approaching the quidditch pitch, riley walked in to the slytherin changing rooms and got his broom out of the cupboard, before walking out onto the pitch.
someone was up there flying, but he couldn't tell who it was from down here. they had to be in their fifth year at the very least judging by their height, but they were probably a sixth or seventh year. swinging a leg over his broom and pushing off from the floor, he flew up to the same height before leveling out. of course, he knew who it was now. brown hair, just over six foot, the hoodie, it had to be will. it had to be. 'oh crap.' how would he take it? riley had other friends, but not that he valued as much as william harris. he'd made a promise to himself, and he felt that there was a pretty good possibility will felt the same way. he'd leave it for now, but he would tell him. maybe not right now, but soon. how soon? riley couldn't say, but the longer he left it, the less time they'd have together, as in together, if they did feel the same way. "i spy with my little eye, something beginning with w." he could've come up with an adjective for each letter of the alphabet, except maybe q and x, but he could look in a dictionary for the rarer letters in the english language.

What kind of hints had William dropped? Well, okay, to be fair he wasn't the best at dropping hints. He'd done little things though, like wearing his famous 'I'd do you' shirt around Riles, but he'd not gotten the hint that this shirt, it was kind of aimed at him. He wanted more than that too though, he wanted a proper relationship, and hugs and all the cute and mushy couple stuff that no doubt his brother would joke about. He wanted to be able to walk through the grounds with his arm around Riles, but at the moment, all he could do was walk next to him and hope that one day, Riley would pick up on his hint and maybe feel the same. Oh who was he kidding? Why would he feel the same? Okay, so he had looked a few times just a little too long, but maybe Will was imagining that. Yeah, he probably was imagining that. But there you go, at least he had Riley in his life, he could have been worse off, and if he ever told Riley maybe he'd lose him. But then maybe...
Maybe he would feel the same, maybe those looks hadn't been imagined, and maybe, just maybe, Riley would agree to go out with William. And then, Will could be blissfully happy and just know that those hints hadn't been wasted, and that he wasn't losing his mind and seeing things that weren't really there. Maybe Will would tell him. No maybe about it, Will would tell him. But when? After all, he didn't want to do it too soon. But it wasn't like they just got close, they had been amazingly close for years. And at the end of the day, the more Will delayed it, the less time they had to spend together. Well, as long as he felt the same. That settled it then, he'd tell him. He'd tell him the next time that he saw him and just deal with it. If Riley ran away he could take that as a no and at least he had closure, he could move on instead of mooning over hopes and dreams. He could find someone else and get on with life. Yes, this would be good for him. And besides, he could feel the same way. Maybe.
But Will really didn't want anyone else at the moment. It was just Riley, funny, smiling, laughing Riley who he was close to. Closer than he'd been to anyone in fact. Will had come out to him first, he had no one else that he trusted the way that he trusted Riley, and then when Riley had said it back, well, Will had hope. More hope than he'd had before. He thought that he had next to no chance, but then Riley confessed that he to was gay, and Will did a little inner dance. His thoughts snapped back as this yellow figure flew closer and closer, and then the amazing voice filled his ears. "if you're going to finish that with an insult, I would be deeply offended"
he joked, smirking. He waited a moment and then grinned again. "Jesus, Riley? that's you? I thought the sun was flying toward me. What did you do, mug a Hufflepuff?" he asked jokingly, his eyes travelling quickly over Riley. He didn't want to look too long, but then maybe that would be a good new hint. He brought his eyes up to meet Riley's and he grinned, his hair rippling in the wind, the droplets of rain settling on his skin didn't even bother him now.[/blockquote] Tagging riley matthews. counted at 605 words. notes aww young riley and will = cuteness! ♥ clothes right hurrr lyrics from aint no rest for the wicked by cage the elephant. credit emma of ach

riley had always been absolutely awful at picking up hints. someone could have said "there's this slytherin boy with brown hair in his sixth year who's standing right in front of me that i fancy like mad" and he wouldn't have twigged they were talking about him. okay, if it was that obvious then perhaps, but most of the time he remained completely unaware. it wasn't an enviable trait, not in the slightest, and riley would have traded it for another any day. he wasn't that great at dropping hints either, and generally avoided situations where it might become obvious. such as the showers after quidditch practice for example.
apparently hints weren't going to much for this situation, and outright honesty was the only solution. honesty didn't seem like the right word to riley though, he hadn't been lying to will, just hiding it. if he had asked him how he felt towards him, then he would have told him straight away. the point was, he hadn't asked. riley had grown paranoid that he knew but didn't reflect those emotions, and so he would jump to the conclusion that he was avoiding him if he so much as turned up to lesson late, and thought that the only reason he sat next to him was because it was the only seat left (even if there were plenty available if he decided to work elsewhere).
"and what reason would i have to insult you?" riley asked, raising an eyebrow and slowing his broom down so he was a metre or so away from will. he laughed as he suggested having mugged a hufflepuff, though was careful not to fall off his broom, that hurt. "i'd have gone for a ravenclaw but there weren't any around, and i ain't touching any gryffindor's clothes, i'd get dragonpox or something." what really happened was he couldn't find his green hoodie and so yellow had had to suffice. it was a shame it was raining, although not a great deal, but judging by how the clouds seemed to get darker and were moving towards the pitch, it didn't look like they had long before they got soaked.

With William being so bad at dropping hints, and Riley being so bad at picking hints up, there was no need to ask why they weren't together yet. Suffice to say that Will had kind of thought for a while that Riley was a bit funny with him and stuff, and even avoiding him slightly too, because he didn't shower with the team after practice, but maybe he just found it odd and didn't like to do that, although Will couldn't help feeling that it was kind of to avoid him. He was probably being stupid, Riley wouldn't do that unless he had a great reason to. Will was kind of gutted that Riley didn't shower with the team, and he knew that it was bad to think like that, but those shower times would probably be the closest that he'd get to Riley naked, and as sad a thought as that was, he was a teenage guy, he liked to look, okay? He couldn't help that, but then he was kind of glad that Riles didn't shower with them either, because he'd probably have some sort of problems, and look too long, and then no one would want to shower with him. He was surprised that people didn't object after he came out as gay, but the other guys didn't have to worry, he only had his eyes on one guy at the moment, and he wasn't even showering with them.
So apparently the hints that Will had been dropping hadn't been going in and Riley was none the wiser, which was probably good in a way because he wouldn't laugh at Will, because he didn't work it out. No, he wouldn't laugh at Will anyway, he was too nice for that, but at least if he wasn't picking up the hints, Will didn't have to watch Riles run away screaming, as that would hurt him very much. But then in all honesty, he wanted Riley to know, as it was kind of always in his mind, and if there was any chance, he wanted to take it, and if there was no chance, then he could move on and find someone else to take a chance with, right? So it was better for Riley to know, right? So Will had to do it, he had to tell him outright, and get it out there, be honest, and open with his feelings too, and just take whatever happened next under his stride. He was going to do it, he was going to tell him. Later. Much Later. Tomorrow maybe. Or next week. Some more convenient time. He looked up for a moment, and by the colour of the clouds, he knew that pretty soon there would be some proper heavy rainfall, and they'd get soaked. Well, seeing as they were going to get soaked up there, they may as well have some fun with it, right? He had an idea at least, that would be a whole lot of fun.
"Well, actually, I can think of no reasons, I'm clearly perfect"
he replied sarcastically. If there was such a thing as perfect, then Riley was the closest that anyone would ever get to it. And if there wasn't such a thing as perfect in general, then Riley was still perfect, but perfect for Will, it was just a shame that Will couldn't point this out to him, because he was to scared to lose Riley if he did say it and Riley didn't feel the same way. He would have been so torn if he told Riley and he didn't feel the same way, he'd probably cry, but not in front of him. He'd have to pull hismelf together, make a joke about it and then make his excuses, before finding somewhere he could be alone so that he could cry it all away. It would be hard to get over Riley, but why would he want him, right? So he'd have to just sort it out. "Ahh yeah, and we can't have you catching that, it's not like I could be around to play nurse all the time, I don't have the uniform" He joked, laughing again. He watched Riley, looking away every now and again as not to make it obvious. He could feel it then, the rain getting heavier. "We should go swimming" he suggested the idea he'd come up with, deciding that it would be fun. "you cool with that idea?" he asked, grinning his usual grin, as his hair began to get wetter and started to curl slightly already.[/blockquote] Tagging riley matthews. counted at 762 words. notes aww young riley and will = cuteness! ♥ clothes right hurrr lyrics from aint no rest for the wicked by cage the elephant. credit emma of ach

"course you are." wow, had he just managed to drop a hint? if riley hadn't been crapping himself that he'd made his feelings known before he was ready to do so, he probably would have been quite pleased with himself, but he was crapping himself. not literally of course, that's just disgusting, and riley didn't do disgusting. not even burping contests or the other gross activities that some of the other boys in her year took part in. hopefully will would just shrug it off as an equally sarcastic reply, but then life never seems to work out the way you want it to, no matter how unselfish your aims are. okay, so this particular dream of his was rather selfish, but it included his bestest friend in the whole wild world, as childish as that sounded.
"healer will, you're not a muggle. even if we're not the perfect slytherins, we're a damn sight better than them." a little typical coming from a pure-blood like himself? perhaps, but you don't choose who your parents are, and it's your parents that bring you up to view things in a certain way. unless you or your parents were involved in some unfortunate event of course, not necessarily an accident, then things often went a little bit differently. riley's parents had brought him up that the more magic there was in your blood, the better, and that hierarchy should be present in all parts of life. pure-bloods, full-bloods, half-bloods, squibs, muggle-borns, muggles. there was a definite cut-off point when it got to being unable or supposed to be unable to use magic.
"sure, i can't see any reason why we shouldn't. unless there's lightning, then i'd rather go into the castle or hide out in the stands or changing rooms or somewhere." lightning didn't frighten him exactly, but it had the potential to do a lot of damage, both to your surroundings and you yourself. "there's something i need to talk to you about too... forget i said that, i'll say later." riley had figured that if he told will there was something he needed to say, he wouldn't be able to 'chicken out', but it seemed that way of going about things didn't really work too well.

What was that? Will hesitated for a moment. Was he speaking the truth? No, Will had clearly just ignored the sarcastic tones and so he'd heard what he wanted to hear. But then again. No, of course he was replying sarcastically, right? Yeah. Why would he not use sarcasm, especially when William had made the original comment sarcastically. "Of course, we both know that if there's anyone perfect..."
he trailed off, not finishing that sentance. He hoped to Merlin that Riles would get the hint that he meant that it was Riley that was perfect, but then again, there it was, another obscure hint. Damn, he needed to take hint dropping classes or something because he couldn't drop hints well, at all. He panicked inwardly for a second then, thinking about what would happen if Riley did get the hint, and he had to stop himself from creating another sarcastic end to that sentence and simply saying that it was of course William that was perfect. He was glad that he didn't say that actually because maybe Riley would start to think that he was a bit up himself and then wouldn't want to talk to Will in case his head got too big for the Slytherin common room. Will mentally swore at himself for making that mistake in front of Riley. Of course it was healer, but he'd been to distracted by his thoughts that 'nurse' had been the first thing to pop into his head, and he'd just gone and said it. What could he say now? "Well yeah, but I don't know any place that sells healer costumes, so a male nurse outfit would have to do" he replied, licking his lips and his cheeks colouring slightly. Sure, he was pure blood, and he did believe that pure was better, but he didn't really see anything wrong with muggle related things, per se. For instance, he will admit that he had gone to a muggle technology store whilst shopping for clothes in muggle London, and had enjoyed using the random and kooky things that they had there. He'd not bought anything, there was no point after all because magic jammed the muggle technology so he wouldn't have been able to use it at Hogwarts, and that was his home for around 90% of the time, so he could see no point in buying something like that. Besides, his parents would probably have thrown it out with the rubbish, not understanding nor liking the concepts of it. It was all a big shame really, because he wouldn't have minded having some sort of musical playing device that he had seen. "Yes! This is going to be fun, I just can tell!" he said, grinning like a kid that had been taken into the candy store and told he could have any sweets that he wanted. He'd kind of wanted to go swimming in the lake for ages, but he'd just not had the chance yet. And seeing as the weather was far from good, there wouldn't be many people around there, surely, so maybe it would just be him and Riley, and that would be even better! Will raised an eyebrow at his words, and for a moment, hope sparked, but then his heart fell when he said that he said he'd say it later. "Yeah, same, but I'll say it later too" He said with a grin, looking at Riley. "but first, race you down?" he challenged, laughing and turning his broom down toward the ground, and he grinned again as the wind brushed his sides, he pulled the broom up just before the grass and dropped his legs off it, dismounting nicely. He was going to have a good day, he could just tell.[/blockquote] Tagging riley matthews. counted at 620+ words. notes aww young riley and will = cuteness! ♥ clothes right hurrr lyrics from aint no rest for the wicked by cage the elephant. credit emma of ach

"then it would be you, naturally, and i won't be accepting any denial on that matter."
nobody was perfect, even riley had to face that, except perhaps mary poppins, but she was nothing more than fiction. the closest thing he had found so far in his life to perfect was will, and as much as the beater might like to think it, even he wasn't perfect. everyone had flaws, but the ones that william had been given either didn't bother riley or were ones that he personally didn't consider a flaw. he was beautiful, he was smart, he was the biggest possibility that riley might ever see and he didn't want to let that pass him by. if there was even the slightest chance that they got, riley wanted to take it, regardless of how things might turn out, the only exception being harm coming to will. "do i want to know how you know where to buy that kind of thing?" it certainly did seem a strange thing to know and riley couldn't think of anywhere in hogsmeade or diagon alley that he'd seen such fancy dress outfits, not even in gladrags wizardwear, and that shop was certainly known for its tendencies to stock somewhat peculiar items. maybe he'd been looking around some muggle fancy dress shops? it seemed a strange thing to be doing, for riley anyway, but he'd never seen the fascination with the muggle world, much preferring the wonders of their own. riley rarely had to go in muggle stores as there was a growing demand for muggle clothes in the wizarding world, and so many people, mostly muggle-borns, had taken advantage of that and opened shops in the wizarding world to sell just that. will seemed to be really excited about going for a swim in the lake, and it was rather infectious. riley had never felt a strong urge to venture much further than his ankles into the normally freezing water as the merfolk, grindylows, and giant squid unsettled him to a certain extent. riley wasn't exactly a wimp, but he was easily spooked. he was unsettled by walking through the forest during the daytime, and had been absolutely petrified on the one occasion that he had walked through it at night, and even then it had only been about twenty metres into the trees. riley's deep thought led to him missing part of what will had said, before he darted off towards the ground. eager to catch up, riley pointed the tip of his broom down and chased after will. he landed before him, but then he had the advantage, whilst riley half-crashed, stumbling slightly as he tried to stand on the ground and slow down at the same time. credit vicky lyrics we are golden by mika notes i should probably remember to update this bit play by chace crawford tagged william samuel harris wearing click for polyvore word count four hundred and fifty seven[/blockquote]

Of course he was going to say that, William had left it too open, kind of worried that he would understand how Will felt about him if he had finished that sentence the way he wanted to. Sure, he was scared of Riley finding out how much he cared, because he didn't want Riley to tell him that he didn't feel the same way, because in all fairness, Riley was amazing, and perfect, and surely out of Will's league, if he did say so himself, but then he would suggest that Riley was out of everyone's league, and literally in a league of his own, although Riles would most definitely protest such things, and Will knew that he would, because that was how Riley was, and it was silly because Will really did believe that he was in a league of his own. No one deserved to be with Riley, he was just so amazing that Will knew in his heart that there was probably no one who could treat him how he deserved to be treated. But, in all honesty, Will believed in his heart that he would be one of the ones who would get the closest. He just needed the chance. The right time to tell Riley how he felt seemed like it would never come along, and Will didn't want to just blurt it out, it would make him feel even more of a fool if he rushed it, and then got rejected. "I... neglect to accept that statement, and ignore the fact that you are going to deny any other alternative. You are the one who is closest to perfect and you should know that, Riles"
Will said with a grin, his eyes resting on Riley's for a moment. "Ha, well, my clever friend, I'll leave that to your imagination. I'm sure you could, speculate and work it out" He teased, laughing slightly, his hair was rippling in the wind, and the soft water drops that were falling from the sky were making his skin cold, but that was nothing compared to the cold he could handle, and the cold he expected to feel soon when they did indeed go swimming in the lake. That would most definitely be a lot colder than anything the rain could muster up. And as for the costume idea, I would like to point out that he didn't know where to buy such things for any purposes related to sex. His mother decided to host a fancy dress Halloween party one year, and he'd had to go out to a muggle store to get the costume that he wanted. No one in Diagon Alley had it on sale, and so muggle London was his next stop. He'd gone shopping once or twice there afterward, simply because whilst he was close to it, it was easier to go there to buy his clothes than to take a floo trip into Diagon Alley. Besides, he liked people watching in London, it was very amusing to watch the less advanced muggles going about their day to day business, and even more amusing to listen in on their conversations about so called mobile phones. What the heck was a mobile phone anyway? Muggles and their nonsense ideas. HA. What would they come up with next, some sort of television that you could smell the shows that you were watching? Will wondered if that was even possible without magic, before dragging his mind back to Riley properly, although his mind was always on Riley, or at least a small part of it was. To be honest, Will was really exited about this swim in the lake, and he'd not even given a thought to the fact that himself and Riley would be in the cold water, alone, probably, and as he wasn't planning swimming fully clothed, he was probably going to end up in just his boxer shorts. He didn't think of the possible consequences of such actions, he just wanted to go swimming in the lake and that was that. Besides, it was fun, being spontaneous and not thinking everything through, and truth be told, it had been a long while since he'd been in the lake to swim, because he'd not swam there since before the end of the last school year, meaning it had been a good few months, and he kind of missed it, as swimming there was different to swimming in public pools and things. Of course one difference was the distinct lack of muggle children making loads of noise, but that was clearly compensated for by the presence of a giant squid and some other magical water dwelling creatures. And possibly merpeople. Although he'd never been deep enough to see them. Will watched Riley near crash, and his hand moved to his wand quickly in case he needed to perform some spell to keep Riley safe. ”You okay?” he called, trying to keep the worry hidden from his face. "well, obviously i'm perfect, everyone knows that, but including myself would just be vain." was riley actually that stuck up to think that he was perfect in every way possible? no, not at all, he wouldn't believe that for a second no matter how many times he was told. not even mary poppins was perfect, as much as she might like to think, those children had cried when she had left, and making people cry was never a good thing, even if she couldn't help it. will wasn't perfect as a person perhaps, but he was perfect for him. there wasn't one part of his character that didn't work with a part of riley's, except maybe their alliance difference, but that had never got in the way for as long as riley had been a stygian votary and he didn't want that to change. ever.
did will realise what he'd now done by leaving it to riley's imagination? images of will dressed up as a nurse moved through his mind, and he had to kick himself to stop from mentally undressing him, as much as he'd have liked to do so. when it came to your best friend, you tried not to do that kind of thing, even if you did have a mahusive crush on them. "maybe you'll enlighten me on the real story some other time then?" there were so many realistic possibilities as to why he might know where to purchase such attire, but as a wizard that stuck to the wizarding world as much as he could, riley didn't spend much time looking in muggle supermarkets or fancy dress shops or anywhere else that might for some reason sell a nurse costume.
after having slowed down properly and surpisingly having managed to stay, for the most part, standing up, riley pulled his leg over the broom so he was comfortably standing on the ground. "providing there weren't any gryffindors to bear witness to that fail, then yes, i'm fine," riley replied with a smile, taking his wand out of his pocket and sharply tapping his broomstick, before it vanished into the broom cupboard, pocketing his wand when he was done. "where were we?"

"See! right there, an example of how perfect you are! You're not vain!"
he said with a grin, as if Riles had just proved his point or something. Sure, no one was perfect, and he'd been through this before, and everything pointed to Riley when he was thinking about what was perfect, for him at least. You see, Will could see them spending their lives together. He'd imagined waking up next to Riley a few times and could tell that they'd just be happy to hold each other, as if their bed was another World. Their own world, where no one could touch them, where no one would call them crappy names or throw insults at them because they loved each other. He knew it was probably kind of obsessive and stalkerish that he could imagine them together but it wasn't his fault that he had a great imagination. It wasn't like it would ever be anything more than that anyway, just his imagination. He never had to tell anyone about it. It was his. A part of Riley that he'd always have with him. Like a memory, but it never happened. He wished it would though, so badly. Will just paused, silently, a cheeky glint in his eye. He smirked before answering. "Maybe I will. If I think you could handle it" he joked, winking. Now he was making this into something it wasn't. Was that flirting? Openly flirting? That did sound flirty! Oh no way. He had to watch it, or he'd figure it out and totally freak about it, and then the whole waking up in the morning imagined memory would stay just that, and he'd never have a chance of making it something more. Maybe Riley would think it was friendly flirting? Or maybe he didn't even notice how hint worthy that last thing that Will had said was. It really was an innocent story though, he literally had just gone in once to get a costume for this Halloween party, and that was it. He didn't make a habit of shopping in muggle fancy dress shops, and most of the time he did get his clothes from the muggle clothes stores set up in the wizarding world, but sometimes they just didn't have the shirt he wanted and he'd have to venture out into muggle London. Will laughed and cast an amused look around, seeing no one. It was just them, how perfect. "I think you're safe there. It's just us. And last time I checked, I wasn't in Gryffindor, although with your Hufflepuff attire, maybe we're all switching houses?" he joked, cocking his head to the side and harnessing an amused smile on his lips. "And if we are, I'd like a transfer to Hufflepuff, in that case." he added on lowly, watching Riley for a second, before turning his head straight again. "Swimming." he said, using his want to banish his broom to the cupboard that they had especially for them. "Race you again? On foot this time, if you think you're up to it" he challenged with a wink. "Three, two. go!" he counted, calling go randomly and laughing as he ran. Will slowed himself down a bit, to allow Riley to catch up, and to win, hopefully. When he got to the lake, he was jogging, not sprinting, and he looked out onto the water, watching the rain create the little droplets in it. Boxers it was. His hands moved first to the zip on his hoodie, which he promptly undid and then shrugged over his shoulders and onto the grass. Secondly, they went to the hem of his shirt and he tugged it up over his hair, leaving it slightly messy, but it didn't matter, it would be soaking in a minute.[/blockquote] Tagging riley matthews. counted at642 words. notes i'm too lazy and pushed for time to get the real count. first young will post, this is cute already! clothes right hurrr lyrics from aint no rest for the wicked by cage the elephant. credit emma of ach
