Give it to me baby, uh huh, uh huh
Give it to me baby, uh huh, uh huh. David sat in a rather small cafe about a mile away from his parents house, it didnt feel like home anymore, mainly because he'd spent so much time away from it but also because he'd changed a lot since he left home, sure he liked most of the same things and he still sucked when it came to girls and he looked the same, ok he hadn't changed that much but he was much more confident, mainly because he'd learnt not to care what other people thought about him, well he learnt to not care about most people there were some people he would care about the opinions of.
David sat there staring into the strawberry milkshake that sat on the table in front of him, earphones blasting music into his ears and drowning out the world, David had a lot of muggle stuff in his house and knew how to use it because he lived in an area where it was mainly muggles, heck his mother was a muggle born. His dad didnt have a clue about anything but he was a pureblood. He liked being a muggle, well he didnt like not having magic, but he did like just being another face in the crowd, fame was nice for some people but for him it seemed over-rated.
David took a sip of his milkshake then lent back in his chair looking around, there was only three other people in the cafe, the waitress who was currently cleaning a table the other side of the room, a man who was reading the newspaper with a cup of coffee and a girl that looked about two years older then David who looked as if to be waiting for someone.
I could go talk to her, not like im taken, maybe she's nice, she is kinda cute, she's probably waiting for her boyfriend though.. no girl thats good is ever single he thought then noticed her looking at him for a moment, so he panicked and looked out the window smooth David, real smooth he thought to himself. He was terrible when it came to girls, crushing on girls who had boyfriends, flirting with girls who apparently were lesbians, he'd pretty much done every mistake you could do, he;d given up now, he was sure it'd just work out eventually, maybe if he didnt try it would just come naturally.
So there he sat with a strawberry milkshake looking out the window at the world going by, without a care in the world for what they were doing. He just stared blankly through the glass as the music pounded through his head and he began to wonder what the heck had brought him to the cafe in the first place, he'd only gone out for a walk. Give it to me baby, uh huh, uh huh, And all the girlies say I'm pretty fly, for a white guy. Wearing: Outfit Comment: yo. The day was particularly cold in London this fine day. Isabella, one of the many Dalton children, was walking down the street towards a small cafe on the corner. Since this was only her second year at Hogwarts, Isabella never really came to London, and for once she wanted to actually see what it was like. Of course she had been here before, but never had she gone alone and just to explore the area. Why didn't she at least go with friends, you ask? Well that is a simple answer most people would usually come up with.
Isabella wanted to be alone. She wanted to for once go by herself and find places she had never seen or been to. She wanted to meet new people, if that were to happen, and just make her day joyful. A lot had been going on in her life, and she needed the time to get away. Don't get it wrong though. She would not shrug anyone she knew off. She wasn't like that, unless of course, she was angry. She was one of those people you wanted to avoid when they are angry.
After a while of walking around and site seeing she was ready to get out of the cold, which was what led her to the small cafe. She quickly walked in and a small chill made her shake a bit. It was quite warm in the cafe. Well, that was how it felt to her. Basically it felt much better than it did outside. Isabella was never one to like the cold. Even as a child, she wasn't one to always want to play in the snow. She liked it, every once in a while, but she wasn't obsessed with it.
Isabella walked up to the counter and looked at the large menu hanging there. She wasn't really hungry. She just wanted something warm. "Hm, I'd like a medium hot chocolate please."
She asked the person behind the counter. When they walked away to get the order ready, she turned to look around the cafe, just to see if she noticed anyone. Her eyes found one of her classmates. She had heard of him, but never had she talked to him. She didn't know if it would be weird to just go up to him and sit, so she just gave him a smile and a slight wave of her hand.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote] this post was made for david leonardo summers (: and it's a lovely 440 words long. isabella dalton is wearing clicky! and the lyrics are from when it rains by paramore and the template's by emma from ach.

Give it to me baby, uh huh, uh huh. David took his eyes from the window for a moment to take a mouthful of strawberry milkshake. He liked it in this cafe, it was quiet and everyone minded there own business. Ok in his head he could image the place as a quiet place where you could have a meeting with someone, like two secret agents sitting across from each other and then one puts a briefcase of money on the table and slides it across, that kind of thing.
He still wasnt sure why he was here, he'd just went for a small walk to think about things and he'd ended up walking kind of far for a small walk, he wished he had his broom with him to get home but he knew he couldnt fly it with so many muggles around so he'd just have to walk like everyone else. He sighed and finished off his milkshake then looked back out the window at the walk passing him by.
It was then he heard a voice, at first he thought it was that girl that was sitting not far away but when he turned his head there was a new person in the cafe, she looked familiar. He was sure he'd seen her around Hogwarts. Wow.. small world he thought to himself then just as he was about to look away she smiled and gave him a wave. He wasnt sure what to do so just smiled and waved back. Give it to me baby, uh huh, uh huh, And all the girlies say I'm pretty fly, for a white guy. Isabella smiled when he returned the same gestures she gave to him. He seemed like he might be nice. If he wasn’t, he probably wouldn’t have waved and smiled back. He probably would have blown her off. Maybe he wouldn’t mind if she sat with him once she got her hot chocolate. At first when she came she just wanted to be alone, but now that she saw someone familiar, yet she didn’t know him, she didn’t want to be alone. She wanted to find out who this boy was, and possibly become friends with him. If he was as nice as he seemed of course. It wasn’t usually hard for her to make friends unless they were rude or they had a problem with the Daltons. She wouldn’t care if they had a problem with the adults, granted they would even know them, but she couldn’t understand having a problem with one of the children. The only one she could possibly understand was Beth. Izzy loved her sister dearly, but she was kind of bitchy to people. She had changed a bit recently because of Chris, but she wasn’t fully changed. At the same time, that was who she was, so Izzy didn’t wish for her to change.
She turned when the person at the counter set down her hot chocolate and told her the amount she had to pay. She reached into her pocket and pulled out the amount and paid the cashier before turning back around, her drink in hand. She looked around the area, trying to decide if she wanted to try to sit with the boy, or if she wanted to sit alone. She thought about sitting alone and maybe he would try to converse with her, but at the same time, she didn‘t think that was very likely. He might be the type to be more reserved, which she had no problem with. Her cousin Arthur was more reserved. Actually he was quite awkward, but that was just his nature. He never harmed anyone, so there was nothing wrong with him.
Isabella did decide to walk over to his table, her smile still taking over her face. The least she could do was ask. If he didn‘t want her there, all he had to do was say so and she would leave him alone. So when she reached his table she stood by the chair across from him. “Do you mind if I sit with you?” She asked, hoping he wouldn‘t say no. It was always good to get to know new people. “I‘m Isabella Dalton, in case you wanted to know.” Maybe he knew some of her family. Hopefully they were on good terms too. She didn‘t want to be judged for things her family members did. That had happened to her so many times it wasn‘t even funny. Each Dalton child had their own personality. They were all different, so they shouldn‘t be judged because of the actions of another. Especially because of the adults. They were definitely interesting characters.

Give it to me baby, uh huh, uh huh
Give it to me baby, uh huh, uh huh. David smiled at the girl who was now approaching his table. He pulled out his earphones so he could hear what the girl had to say to him. "Go for it" he said when she asked if she could sit with him, he tended to always let someone sit with him if they asked him, he just couldn't ever bring himself to say no, plus he liked making friends, well not the making part that was always awkward but when they are already your friend, the good times begin.
The next thing that left her lips made David sit up slightly and now he was interested, well more interested in Isabella then he had been a few minutes ago. "Oh, i know Evie!" hem said with a smile, the word 'know' probably made it seem like he had only met her once or twice but Evie was his best friend, well David didn't want her to be his best friend, he wanted her to be.. something else, but he had a feeling it was never going to be, he'd just have to get over her and find some other girl to fall head over heels for, and maybe, hopefully, she'd feel the same. Unrequited love hurts. Seriously. Give it to me baby, uh huh, uh huh, And all the girlies say I'm pretty fly, for a white guy.
