PERHAPS the spell that Stephanie intended to teach the students wasn't one that they'd use very much in their lives away from Hogwarts, but with all of the stress and hard work that was dragged along with the prospect of an exam, she felt that her students had put enough effort in to have a slightly more relaxed lesson. Okay, so they might not find turning books into mice relaxing, but she hoped they'd appreciate her attempts. With a bit of luck, they'd enjoy the lesson.
TAKING her wand from her pocket, Steph unlocked the door to the Transfiguration classroom, before levitating several stacks of books out of the cupboard and putting them at the front of the classroom. Most of them were textbooks, both of this subject and others, and felt they'd probably enjoy turning the books that they'd had to copy and work out of for the past years into mice. On the one hand, she'd prefer that none of them were scared of mice, as screaming certainly wasn't a sound she found very pleasant, though it might have been more fun for the others if they were scaring one of their peers. Even so, she wasn't allowed to let such behaviour carry out in her classroom. All that was left to do now was await for her current list of nine students to arrive to the classroom.

It may be early, Kamil wasn't sure but he arrived in class rather quickly sitting in a place near the back. He sat down whipping out a notebook and flipping it open to his notes. He looked up watching the professor. "Hello Professor". He said softly and nodded, he then went back to his notes. He wrote some things down and glanced at the legion of books that she had gotten out. He wondered what they might be doing today, it could be anything really, but of all the professor's this one wasn't half bad, soe Kamil didn't really care what she asigned them. He had a high grade in most of his classes, and he was also having to deal with side issues such a slooking for a job, but right now might as well strive to be something a bit more then a store clerk.
Then again, if he did become a store clerk, he could just be lazy for the rest of the years to come, but he felt like he had a bit more meaning then that, who knows what he woudl become as long as he didn't screw up the last couple of years here.

As far as mornings went, this was one of the worst this year. It was known already that she wasn’t exactly the type of person to greet the morning eagerly. To put it simply, she wasn’t a morning person at all. But now, when she had to attend lessons, without her mother being around to pressurize and survey her daughter’s school studies, the Slytherin was at a loss for enthusiasm and words in general. To add to all this, she had a killer headache. Perhaps it was due to a slight sleep deprivation, which had been occurring for a few consecutive nights so far, but more likely, it was due to all the extended strenuous thinking that she found herself doing at the moment. It was strange how so much could change, just as you’d got your head in the right place, so quickly. Occasionally, she’d forget that anything had changed, but was brought back to reality with a sudden realisation. She knew that this was simply her body’s attempt to cope, by blocking some of the truth from her mind. It never lasted long, but the seldom times that she managed to put it towards the back of head, the more appealing it seemed to forget what was happening.
Massaging her aching temples, for a few minutes, she made her way towards the classroom. She had little idea about what the lesson was going to be about, but for her sake, she hoped that it wouldn’t be anything too stressful. Anything might happen if she was to try to perform some complicated spells at present. It was best not to test her theory, she figured. As she entered the room, she was quite relieved to spot only one other student currently seated. Of course, she was not so foolish to believe that the lesson would only include the three of them, but it was somewhat comforting to have a few minutes where she could try to cleanse her mind, and prepare herself, before the rest of the students piled in, probably making as much noise as physically possible. Ignoring these negative thoughts, she took a seat near the back of the room and dropped her belongings beside her left leg. Glancing upwards, she waited, without a single word to either person, for the lesson to start and end.

How the hell did we wind up like this? Chris yawned as he walked into the room. He looked like he had just got out of bed which was because he had. He hadn't even rushed he had just got up, put the robes that had been on the floor then headed to lesson. I need to get back to bed he thought letting out another yawn and slumping himself down at the back of the class.
Looking around he noticed Jaslene Malfoy who he realy should say he was worried about her mother to but he couldn't be bothered, he also noticed Kamil the most feminine male in slytherin he had ever seen. Then he crossed his arms on the desk and rested his head against them waiting for the professor to start the lesson. I think I'm just going to skip the rest of the day and lie in bed.. or go to the hospital wing and see if they can give me something to be.. active. and why werent we able, to see the signs that we missed.
