So life was quite a funny thing, but not as in hilarious funny, but more as in odd funny. Anyone would agree. Right? Some people enjoyed their life, others would prefer to be six feet under ground, which often confused Tori, but then again, not everyone had a life like hers. Some people weren't gifted enough to even be a witch or wizard, which is why they were to referred to as 'muggles' and many people didn't like them. They just got in the way of everything, and they happened to be everywhere and would act as if they were the only species on the earth, but they weren't aware of her race. Okay, so maybe she was a human, but she could make things happen, good or bad, none seemed to effect her, since after all, she was a slytherin! Although everyone had their own opinion, but she felt they shouldn't like muggles, they weren't like them!? Maybe they did have similar movement and speech, but they couldn't make things float? They weren't able to have invisable flying cars! So why should she treat them equal to herself?

It was bad enough she had to act like one, but to share her world with them? That was out of the question, although she had no choice if she did or not. They were here and she would have to deal with them. Luckily she lived in the wizard area with her family, but for some reason today, she decided to label herself as a tourist and travel to London to see how they act in big crowds and what they do. It wasn't early in the morning either, it was around ten o'clock, and no one had disturbed her. Her eyelids flickered open as she saw the white paint on her ceiling, and it just seemed to brighten her room even more. Gently her fingers curled into her palm and she moaned quietly before rolling over onto her side. 'May as well get up, before someone else comes in and does it for me.' Pushing the quilt down to the end of the bed she forced herself up.

It was a warm day, and the sun found its way through the gaps of her black curtains. For some odd reason she seemed to be in love with her room, probably because it was decorated how she liked it. Black and White. Shuffling over to her wardrobe she pulled out a pair of denim shorts and a yellow vest top and threw them on the bed. Quietly she put on her denim shorts and yellow top, before quickly brushing her hair and slipped some boots on and a necklace. It was going to be a odd day, but she was willing to deal with it. Leaving the comfort of her room, she ran down stairs into the kitchen to see her mother standing at the sink. "Where are you going Victoria?" Not even looking up from the sink to see her daughter. "For god sake mother, its Tori, not Victoria, what day are you still living in? I'm going to London to see what is so special about these muggles of course." She was just as shocked as her mother at what she had just said. "Your going to see the muggles? What is wrong with you? Are you feeling sick today?" The questions overflowed her head and she rolled her eyes. "I'm fine!" Before her mother could approach her she grabbed the fluu powder and walked into the liven room toward the fire place, seeing her father sat on the couch reading the daily prophet and her little sister playing with her teddies. 'The lazy loser must still be in bed.' Before anyone could say anything to her she was on her way through the fireplace.

God knows where she landed some where at the back of a shop? Before anyone noticed she left the shop and entered the busy streets of London, and god it was busy! It was hard to move around, so she followed the crowd and found herself in a high street. If she must say so herself, they had good taste in clothes! Looking around she spotted and empty bench and broke away from the crowd to go sit on it. Once she did, she observed the muggles walking down the street. There were so many of them? How could they cope with all of this.
