i'm sorry that i left hogwarts so suddenly, but i felt it was for the best. my mother was offered a job to be the manageress of the gladrag's wizardwear branch in paris, so i'm now going to beauxbatons. it's not that bad i guess, but i certainly preferred hogwarts. there are hardly any guys here, and most of them are either gay or really feminine, but i guess that's to be expected at a school like this one. i've had to send this letter with one of the school owls since it will take a while for it to fly over to england and i'll need to use my owl, and so la directrice will probably kill me if she finds out. once i've finished my newts, which i was quite surprised to see here in france, i'm not sure what i'll be doing. i know i'll stay for a bit whilst i enjoy some time out of school and not having to make plans for anything, but i might come back to england some time during the school holidays. i don't know if i'll stay or not, that all depends if i can get a job quickly or not, otherwise i'll go back to france and carry on with my part-time job at gladrag's, knowing the manageress certainly helps. i won't be able to send another letter until i've left school since la directrice will probably ban me from going anywhere near the owlery, but i can still get and read your letters. i hope everything's going well for you. as much as i dislike kamil snyder, he seemed to make you happy, and i didn't want to stand in the way of that relationship. i hope to see you as soon as i can, but in the mean time, do try to stay out of trouble.

It could work! And if it doesn't, show her a picture of me, and then she'd allow it! haha! And it is France, darling, the fashion capital of the world! Of course all the men are gay, feminine, and also probably know how to drive a gondola or something! I would love to see you again, I miss having you around, sweet cheeks (; haha, this school seems lifeless without you! And there is no relationship to speak of, he's taken off with some ravenclaw girl, apparently 'she's special'. I did offer though, I mean I've even stopped bed hopping, and would be faithful, but oh no, here's this special ravenclaw. I told him that I didn't want him to tell me about her, it hurt too much. But I wasn't going to tell him that. I hope your boss is treating you well and paying you good at gladrags! I'll try my best to work out a job for you if it means you'll stay! And I started hanging out with this old friend of mine, Elliott Nott, and I'm kind of back to my old self now, just not as bad as when you met me. God I had guts then. But yeah, you get the point.
