[/blockquote]Annie rolled over and smiled, biting her lip. She had never been this happy, but she had a good reason. Not that anyone should have to have a reason to be happy. Everyone should be happy, regardless of what was going on in their life. If there was one thing that the world should have in common, everyone should be happy. Life isn’t life if you don’t enjoy it, and if your not happy, then your not living your life. There’s no such thing as living it right, the point of life was to make mistakes, to laugh till you cry, to jump around randomly, grinning bigger than the Cheshire cat, and then falling down because you were so absolutely shattered. That was what life was, and that was what Annie felt like doing. She pushed back her covers laughing, and clambered out of bed, laughing. For no reason of course, because she didn’t need a reason anymore. She never asked herself why at the moment, although that could be because there really was only one cause, she just wasn’t admitting that to herself. Annie Louise Carter had found someone that could make her laugh, someone that she could talk about random things with, like baiting sharks and battling dragons.
Annie could talk to him about how epic these glasses were, or how he would climb in through her bathroom window. That didn’t really happen of course, but the truth was that Annie wouldn’t care if he did. Hell, if he asked, she’d probably give him a key, but this was all going on in her subconscious, because she wasn’t admitting at all that he was the reason for her smiling, or laughing, or the reason that she hardly even looked at another guy anymore. Trevor Anthony Schumacher. He was the cause of all this, and although it was dangerous to be getting so close to him, she couldn’t help it, because when she was away from him, she was a disaster. She wouldn’t admit that either if you asked, because Annie didn’t want to let herself admit that she was getting close to him. She didn’t like the idea because it was such a risk, and she didn’t want to get hurt. So Annie was trying something different, Annie wasn’t thinking about risk. Okay, that was a lie, it was very rare that she did think about risk, because risk made everything fun. But she just hoped secretly that this time it would be different.
Here’s where I point out that Annie Louise Carter was not dating Trevor Schumacher, and simply, they enjoyed each others company on occasion, and if the mood took them, and they were equally heated, then they would share a little more than that. Anyway, back to the present, where Annie was living. She pulled off her night stuff, and tugged on her usual shorts, a purple top, and then sorted her hair, leaving it hanging down, nice and straight. She pushed in her purple gummy bear earrings, and sorted her make up, not using too much, and last but not least, finished with an epic pair of sunglasses. She was done. Smiling at her reflection in the mirror, she bounded happily out of the dorm room and down the stairs, seeing that the common room was practically empty. That was odd, but perfect. Annie grinned and jumped up on the sofa, bouncing happily and laughing randomly. She just wanted to have some fun. After a good few moments of solid bouncing, Annie heard the portrait hole open, and she turned so she was facing it, still stood on the sofa, her head cocked to the side, surveying the person who had come in.
hanging with someone! it's open now!
